Amazon Agency in China

We help Chinese factories and brands turn products they already make into profitable sellers on Amazon US, UK, Europe and Japan. Our team sets up your trademark and Brand Registry, builds listing images, A+ Content and English copy that read naturally to Western shoppers, and runs your ads against your real landed cost, freight and duty included. We also keep the account healthy and your compliance documents in order, so stock reaches Amazon on time and stays live. As your Amazon agency in China, we handle the whole account as one team, and you approve every change before it goes live.

Best For: China-based manufacturers, OEM and ODM factories, trading companies and factory-owned brands selling on Amazon US, UK, EU or Japan who want one team handling brand assets, listings, advertising and account health instead of four separate vendors. Works for sellers preparing a first launch through to brands doing $500,000+ per month on Amazon. Especially relevant for factories that sell well to wholesale buyers or on Alibaba.com but have never built a retail brand that converts with Western shoppers.

How Our Amazon Agency in China Helps You Sell Abroad

We take products your factory already makes and turn them into brands that sell on Amazon US, UK, Europe and Japan. That covers four jobs. We set up your seller account, trademark and Brand Registry correctly the first time. We build your listing images, A+ Content, Brand Store and English copy around how Western shoppers actually search. We run Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands and Sponsored Display against your real per-unit cost. And we keep the account healthy, so a policy flag or a missing compliance document never takes your best seller offline in Q4.

You work with one team instead of four vendors. Our designers, copywriters and PPC managers use the same keyword research and the same landed-cost model. The ad that brings a shopper in points at a listing built to answer that shopper’s questions. When your factory changes a component or a supplier, we update the listing, the compliance file and the ad copy together. Once your first marketplace is profitable, we take the same brand to the next one. Amazon’s Global Selling program opens 19 overseas sites to Chinese sellers, and one North America account already covers the US, Canada, Mexico and Brazil.

What you get is a sales channel abroad that makes money, measured by what you earn per unit after Amazon’s fees, freight, duty and ad spend. Many sellers searching for an Amazon agency China can trust end up with a sourcing agent, who finds factories for foreign buyers, or with Amazon’s own paid Seller Growth Services, which give you an Amazon adviser. As a full-service Amazon seller agency, we do the hands-on work inside your account, and we answer to your margin.

Why Most Chinese Sellers Earn Less on Amazon Than Their Product Deserves

A factory can make the best product in its category and still lose money on Amazon. The product is usually fine. The gaps sit in the listing, the brand setup and the cost math, and they repeat from one China-based account to the next.

Here is where those gaps usually start:

Listings translated, not localized

A word-for-word translation follows the factory spec sheet instead of the way Western shoppers search by problem and use case.

No trademark in the selling country

Brand Registry needs a pending or registered trademark from an office in a country with an Amazon store, plus your brand name on the product or packaging. Sellers who list first and file later can wait months for A+ Content and a Brand Store.

OEM catalog with no brand behind it

Factories often move white-label products onto Amazon with photos from the production line. Twenty SKUs in twenty different visual styles can look like twenty different sellers to a shopper.

Ad targets set without landed cost

A target ACoS only means something once freight, duty, FBA fees and the referral fee are included. Break-even ACoS is often far below the target the account was set up with.

Reviews chased the wrong way

Free-product-for-review offers are prohibited. Amazon Vine and the Request a Review button are safer ways to build review momentum.

Shared logins and shared devices

Amazon can link accounts through shared devices, networks and payment details. Logging into several clients’ Seller Central accounts from one computer puts all of them at risk.

Compliance left until the container reaches port

Some US CPSC-regulated products require Certificate of Compliance data filed electronically, and the EU GPSR requires a responsible person for non-EU manufacturers. Discovering this at customs can cost weeks of stock.

Inbound route chosen by habit

AGL, Amazon SEND, AWD and the Shenzhen GWD warehouse suit different cash cycles. The wrong freight route can tie up capital or leave you out of stock before Q4.

Registration done in a hurry

Mainland sellers need a company business license, a legal representative ID whose name matches the license exactly, and a non-virtual Visa, Mastercard or Amex card. Small mismatches stall verification.

Tax records treated as optional

Since October 2025, Amazon reports China-based sellers’ identity, sales and fees to China’s tax authority every quarter for every Amazon store they sell in.

One vendor per problem

A freight forwarder, translator, PPC freelancer and designer may each look after only one part. When a factory changes a component, nobody updates the listing, compliance file or ad copy.

None of these gaps need a bigger ad budget to fix. They need someone who looks at the whole account, starting with the unit cost and ending at the product page, instead of one dashboard at a time.

How We Run a China Account: The Factory-to-Shopper Framework

We map every China account across three layers before we change a campaign or rewrite a bullet point. Each layer answers a different question, and most agencies only look at the last one.

Layer 1: Brand and Listing Readiness

Is the product ready for a Western shopper? This layer covers trademark and Brand Registry status, packaging, the main image, secondary images, A+ Content, and copy written for how US and European shoppers actually search. For catalogs with many variations, we group SKUs using our Product Family Architecture, so twenty products share one visual system instead of looking like twenty unrelated listings.

Layer 3: Growth and Expansion

Is the account getting less dependent on ads, and is it ready for the next marketplace? Organic rank movement, TACoS trend, Buy Box percentage and stock cover answer that. A good Amazon marketplace agency plans the second marketplace before the first one peaks. Once the US account is stable, Amazon’s Build International Listings tool and a single Brand Registry approval make the UK, EU and Japan the natural next step.

Most agencies working with Chinese sellers start at Layer 3 and report ad numbers. We start at Layer 2. An ACoS target set without landed cost can look healthy on a report while the account loses money on every ad-driven sale.

What You Get

A plan built around your product, your landed cost and your target marketplace. Not a translated template, and not a list of best practices copied from someone else’s account.

Every engagement includes:

  • Account and landed-cost audit: listings, ads, Brand Registry status, compliance documents and per-unit economics reviewed before any changes.
  • Brand and listing build: images, A+ Content, Brand Store and English copy built for your target marketplace.
  • Advertising management: Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands and Sponsored Display run against break-even ACoS and TACoS.
  • Account health and inbound planning: policy monitoring, Brand Registry protection, and shipment timing planned around Chinese New Year, Golden Week and Q4.
  • Monthly performance report: TACoS, contribution margin per ASIN, organic rank movement, stock cover and Buy Box percentage, plus any fee, duty or policy change that affected the account that month.

We review the full strategy every quarter. Tariffs, Amazon fees and Amazon’s logistics programs for China sellers changed several times in 2025 and 2026, and a plan built in January can be out of date by June.

What We Manage: The Desverto Amazon Agency in China Service

This is the day-to-day work of a full-service Amazon agency for China sellers: brand, listings, advertising and account health, done for you. You approve the strategy and see every change before it goes live. The same team works as an Amazon agency for sellers launching their first ASIN and as an Amazon agency for brands already doing seven figures. The scope changes. The process does not. Every engagement starts with an account audit and a landed-cost model, and we work through user permissions you grant in Seller Central, never a shared password.

Listing and SEO Management in localized

Keyword research built from localized search data, followed by titles, bullets, descriptions and backend search terms written in localized from the start. Listing images, A+ Content and the Brand Store follow the same keyword logic, with localized on-image text. Our Master Layout System keeps a whole product family consistent across the catalog, so new ASINs launch in the same visual language as the rest.

Advertising Management for your target Amazon marketplace

Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands and Sponsored Display, structured around branded, generic, competitor and defensive targeting, with localized negative-keyword lists built from your own search-term reports. Budgets are set against contribution margin first and ACoS second. Spend is planned around the localized calendar: localized Days, Prime Day, Black Friday and the January and summer sales.

Compliance Readiness and Account Health

Weekly checks on Account Health, policy warnings, listing suppressions and IP complaints, plus Brand Registry monitoring for hijackers. No trademark yet? Our trademark registration service handles the filing through licensed attorneys, and a pending application can often be enough to start Brand Registry. Before launch and before each new category, we run the China readiness check: VAT setup, EPR identifiers, GPSR details and localized labelling. We tell you what is needed and coordinate with your tax or compliance adviser. We don't file VAT or EPR returns ourselves.

localized Listing and Creative Management

Keyword research, localized copywriting, backend search terms, listing images, A+ Content and Brand Store, written for localized search. localized on-image text and a consistent visual system help shoppers understand the product before buying.

Amazon PPC Management

Amazon PPC management covers Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands and Sponsored Display. Campaign structure, localized negative keywords and budgets are managed against contribution margin, not ROAS alone.

Brand and Account Protection

Brand Registry monitoring, Account Health and policy checks, IP complaint monitoring, and review sentiment tracking. We work inside your account through user permissions, so ownership stays with you.

Illustrative Results

Before: an English listing translated into localized with a tool, €10,000 a month in ad spend and €52,000 in total monthly sales, with ROAS reported as acceptable. TACoS sits at 19%. After: the same products relaunched with localized keyword research, rewritten copy and localized image text, on the same €10,000 budget. Conversion improves, organic rank follows, and total sales reach €71,000. TACoS drops to about 14%. The ad budget stayed the same. The listing changed. These figures are illustrative.

Profit-First Reporting and EU Growth

Monthly reporting covers ACoS, TACoS, contribution margin after your target Amazon marketplace fees, organic rank, Buy Box percentage and inventory health. Once China is stable, the same keyword, creative and fulfilment work can carry into Germany, Italy and Spain.

Pricing: How We Price Our Amazon Agency in China Service

Every engagement starts with an account and landed-cost audit. It shows what is costing you margin today and what we would fix first, and there is no commitment after it. From there, you choose the level of support your account needs.

Your price depends on catalog size, the number of marketplaces and your monthly ad spend. Ad spend, trademark filing fees, product testing, freight and duty are paid directly to Amazon or third parties, and we list every one of them in your proposal before you sign.

Where This Is Going in 2026: Amazon Is Building Inside China

Amazon is investing on the supply side. In April 2026 it opened its first Global Warehousing and Distribution (GWD) facility in Shenzhen, where sellers store bulk inventory close to the factory and Amazon handles customs, cross-border transport and replenishment of US fulfillment centers. Amazon puts storage costs at up to 45% below US-based AWD. For a factory with long production runs, that changes how much stock has to sit in the US ahead of peak season.

The rules are tightening at the same pace. Platform reporting to China’s tax authority started in October 2025. The EU began charging a €3 customs duty per item category on parcels worth €150 or less from July 1, 2026, which mostly hits sellers shipping single orders direct from China rather than bulk FBA stock. And Amazon’s Rufus assistant now answers shopper questions from listing data, so thin, translated listings lose visibility in AI-driven search as well as keyword search (how Rufus and A10 read a listing differently). Sellers with clean accounts, complete listings and real cost models are the ones these changes favor.

Frequently Asked Questions

Not as a marketplace for third-party sellers. Amazon stopped providing seller services on its China site in 2019, and Chinese shoppers buy mainly on Tmall, JD and Pinduoduo. China-based businesses sell on Amazon’s overseas stores instead, and Amazon’s Global Selling program currently opens 19 of them to Chinese sellers.

Not for Chinese customers. Since April 2026, Amazon’s Shenzhen GWD facility lets sellers store bulk inventory in China and replenish US fulfillment centers through Amazon Global Logistics. Customer orders still ship from fulfillment centers in the country where the shopper buys.

A company business license (individual business licenses are not accepted), an ID card or passport for the legal representative whose name matches the license exactly, a non-virtual Visa, Mastercard or Amex card, and a bank or payment-service account for payouts. Identity verification uses a photo or video that shows the ID and the business license.

You do not need a US company to sell on Amazon US. To join Brand Registry, you need a trademark from an office in a country with an Amazon store, and a pending application is enough to start. Once Brand Registry approves one trademark, the same account works in every Amazon store.

Ask for four things before you sign: a Service Provider Network listing you can check yourself, a written list of what the agency does and does not handle, how they will access your account, and a case study from a seller with a similar product. Any Amazon services provider in China worth hiring will answer all four without hesitation. The top Amazon agency for a factory launching its first brand may be the wrong fit for a trading company with 300 SKUs, so match the agency to your catalog and marketplaces, not to a ranking.

Pricing depends on your catalog size, the number of marketplaces and your monthly ad spend. We start with an account audit, then send a written proposal that lists the agency fee and every cost paid to Amazon or third parties.

On an existing account, advertising changes usually show up within two to three weeks, and listing and image changes take four to eight weeks to settle in organic rank. A new brand launching from scratch takes longer. Trademark filing, product testing and ocean freight (often a month or more on the water) all come before the first sale.

Yes. You own the Seller Central account, the advertising account, the trademark, and every image, A+ module and piece of copy we produce. We work inside your account through permissions you grant, and if you end the engagement, we remove our access and hand over the source files and campaign history.
