Amazon Agency in Turkey

As your Amazon agency in Turkey, we run your Amazon.com.tr business the way Turkish shoppers actually buy: listings written in natural Turkish, ads managed for profit, and promotions that follow Turkey’s discount-price rules. Exporting instead? We take the same work to Amazon US, UK, and Europe. Each month you see what is left after Amazon’s fees, ad spend, returns, and our fee.

Best For: Turkish brands and manufacturers adding Amazon.com.tr next to Trendyol or Hepsiburada, Turkish exporters selling on Amazon’s US, UK, and EU stores, and international brands launching on Amazon Türkiye. Works for brands doing $10,000 to $500,000+ per month across marketplaces that want one team handling listings, advertising, and brand protection. A good fit if your Turkish listings began as translations or your ad spend is growing faster than your sales.

How Our Amazon Agency in Turkey Helps You Sell on Amazon.com.tr

Desverto is a full-service Amazon agency for brands selling on Amazon.com.tr and for Turkish brands selling on Amazon abroad. We take over the work that decides whether your Amazon channel makes money: Turkish keyword research and listing copy, product images and A+ Content, Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display campaigns, Brand Registry, and account health. One team handles all of it inside your Seller Central account, and you approve every major change before it goes live.

We work as an Amazon agency for brands that make their own products and as an Amazon agency for sellers running established catalogs. How we help depends on where you start. If you already sell on Trendyol or Hepsiburada, we rebuild your listings for Amazon’s Turkish search, launch advertising that pays for itself, and show you whether Amazon.com.tr deserves a bigger budget. If you export, we adapt your products for buyers in the US, UK, or Germany and price them with freight, duties, and fees included. If you are an international brand entering Turkey, we prepare your catalog for Turkish shoppers and work alongside licensed Turkish advisers on registration, tax, and importer-of-record requirements.

The value is one accountable team in place of a copywriter, a PPC freelancer, and a designer who never speak to each other. Listings and ads are planned together, so paid clicks land on pages built to convert them. Promotions are checked against Turkish rules before launch. Your monthly report shows contribution margin and TACoS next to sales, so you can see whether Amazon is earning its place in your business. You keep full ownership of your account, Brand Registry, and every asset we create.

Why Most Amazon Agency Engagements in Turkey Don’t Improve Profit

Amazon.com.tr sales can climb 50% in lira while the business barely moves in real terms. Turkey’s Ministry of Trade reported 2025 e-commerce growth of 52.2% in lira and 28.9% in dollars, and that gap is inflation. Reports that show lira revenue alone can make a flat account look healthy. Once Amazon’s referral fees, Amazon Lojistik (FBA) costs, returns, and the agency fee come out, the margin is often thinner than anyone expected.

These are the gaps we find most often on Turkish accounts:

Listings translated, not localized.

Copy carried over from English or German misses the terms Turkish shoppers type, uses the wrong units, and reads as foreign. Relevance drops before a single ad runs.

Growth reported only in lira.

With high inflation, almost every lira chart points up. Without a dollar or inflation-adjusted view, real growth and price rises look the same.

Ads judged on ACoS alone.

ACoS shows ad efficiency, nothing more. TACoS and contribution margin show whether advertising is building organic sales or simply buying them every month.

FBA used by default.

Amazon Lojistik suits some products and loses money on others. Bulky, slow-selling, or high-return items can be cheaper on Kolay Gönderi or your own shipping, and stock left beyond 365 days picks up extra storage charges.

Returns left out of the margin.

Most online purchases in Turkey carry a 14-day withdrawal right, and since 1 January 2026 it again covers phones, tablets, computers, and smartwatches. Return rates belong in the profit model, not only in the support inbox.

Promotions that ignore the new discount rules.

Since 1 August 2026, a discount’s “before” price must be the lowest price of the previous ten days in the same sales channel. Review and hidden-advertising rules tightened at the same time, and agencies can be held responsible too.

Amazon treated as the whole plan.

Third-party estimates put Amazon at roughly 6% of Turkish e-commerce, behind Trendyol and Hepsiburada. An Amazon marketplace agency that ignores this will push budget into one channel when it should be one part of a wider plan.

Installments ignored in pricing.

Credit cards make up roughly half of online payments in Turkey, much of it paid in installments. Price points, coupons, and margin targets should reflect how people actually pay.

Copycats left unchecked.

Trademarks registered in Turkey qualify for Brand Registry, but enrollment only opens the tools. Hijackers, lookalike listings, and unauthorized sellers still need regular monitoring.

No plan for exports.

Turkish manufacturers can sell on Amazon US and Europe from Turkey, but EU duties on low-value parcels changed in July 2026 and US shipping options changed again in September. An agency that only knows Amazon.com.tr misses that growth.

Reports with no next step.

A monthly report that lists metrics without saying what changes next month is a record, not a plan.

We usually find several of these in the first month. Few of them need a bigger ad budget to fix. They need someone who reads the account in Turkish, checks the fee stack line by line, and acts on what the numbers say.

How We Judge a Turkey Account: Three Checks Before Any Changes

Before we touch a campaign or a listing, we check the account in three layers. Each one answers a different question, and together they show where the money is actually going.

Layer 1: Turkish Search Visibility

Can Turkish shoppers find you? We review search terms, titles, bullets, backend keywords, attributes, and images against what people really type into Amazon.com.tr. A listing written for another market can be technically correct and still miss those words, which weakens organic rank and every ad that points to it.

Layer 2: Return on Ad Spend

Is the ad budget working? We look at ACoS, ROAS, cost per click, click-through rate, and conversion across Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display. Search-term reports are read weekly, wasted spend is cut with negative keywords, and Turkish queries that convert get their own campaigns.

Layer 3: Real Profit

An Amazon seller agency that only reports Layer 2 can make an account look better simply by spending less. Checking all three layers shows whether results came from smarter management or from a smaller budget.

What You Get

Your plan is built from your audit, your catalog, and your margins, and it is adjusted as Turkish rules, fees, and exchange rates change.

Every engagement includes:

  • Account audit: listings, ad spend, fees, returns, and brand health reviewed before we change anything.
  • Turkish listings and Amazon SEO: keyword research, copywriting, images, and A+ Content planned alongside the ad strategy.
  • PPC management: Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display run against contribution margin, with every deal checked for Turkish compliance.
  • Brand protection: Brand Registry monitoring, copycat and hijacker checks, and review sentiment tracking.
  • Monthly report: sales, ACoS, TACoS, contribution margin, return rate, organic rank, and stock levels, in lira and in dollars, with the actions planned for next month.

Campaigns are tuned weekly. The overall strategy, including channel mix and export plans, is reviewed with you every quarter.

What We Manage: The Desverto Amazon Agency Service in Turkey

Here is what the work looks like week to week. Everything happens inside your account, with your sign-off on strategy and on any change to pricing, budgets, or brand content. It starts with an Amazon seller account audit covering listings, ad spend, fees, returns, and brand health, so the plan comes from your data.

Turkish Listing Copy and Amazon SEO

Turkish keyword research, titles, bullets, backend search terms, attributes, and A+ Content written by people who know how Turkish shoppers search and compare. Units, sizing, and product terms follow Turkish usage, not a translation of the English listing. For exporters, the same process runs the other way, adapting Turkish products for US, UK, and German buyers.

Amazon PPC for Amazon.com.tr

Campaigns are built around Turkish branded, generic, competitor, and defensive keywords, and budgets follow contribution margin before ACoS. We test new keywords in separate campaigns, cut what does not convert, and plan seasonal pushes around Turkish shopping peaks. Every coupon and deal is checked against the ten-day lowest-price rule before it goes live.

Brand Registry, Account Health, and Fulfillment

Brand Registry enrollment and monitoring, account health checks, fixes for suppressed listings, and a per-product review of Amazon Lojistik against Amazon Kolay Gönderi or your own shipping. Tax, customs, and importer-of-record matters go to licensed Turkish advisers, and we work with them directly so you are not left coordinating between parties.

On Pricing: What an Amazon Agency in Turkey Should Charge

You should be able to judge an agency’s price before the first call. Ask to see Amazon’s costs and the agency’s costs on separate lines, because they behave very differently as you grow.

There are three common fee models. A flat monthly retainer keeps costs predictable. A percentage of ad spend means the fee rises whenever the budget rises, profitable or not. A hybrid pairs a lower retainer with a performance share above an agreed baseline. If you choose a performance model in Turkey, set the target in dollars or adjust it for inflation, otherwise rising prices alone can trigger the bonus.

Amazon’s referral fees, Amazon Lojistik fees, ad spend, and our fee are four separate costs, and our proposal lists each one. Because Amazon updates its Turkish fees and runs time-limited promotions, we quote from the current Seller Central schedule. Pricing is set after the audit, based on catalog size, ad spend, and scope, and we explain which model fits your account before you sign.

Where This Is Going in 2026: Stricter Rules at Home, New Routes Abroad

Selling online in Turkey got stricter in 2026. From 1 January, phones, tablets, computers, and smartwatches came back under the 14-day withdrawal right, and sellers carry more of the return cost. From 1 August, discount prices must be measured against the lowest price of the previous ten days, and rules on reviews, hidden advertising, and influencer content tightened, with advertisers and agencies both liable. Promotions and review programs on Amazon.com.tr now need a compliance check as well as a marketing plan.

Exports are changing too. Amazon is recruiting Turkish sellers for its US store, and in September 2026 it announced Amazon SEND, which ships inventory from Turkey to US fulfillment centers through contracted carriers at negotiated rates. In Europe, low-value parcels have carried a flat €3 per-item customs duty since 1 July 2026. Both changes affect landed cost, so an Amazon export strategy built before them likely needs new numbers.

Frequently Asked Questions

An Amazon agency in Turkey manages your Amazon business on Amazon.com.tr or, for Turkish exporters, on Amazon’s US and European stores. That covers Turkish listing optimization, Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display, Brand Registry, account health, and fulfillment planning, with results reported against profit as well as sales.

Usually as part of a mix rather than on its own. Third-party estimates put Amazon’s share of Turkish e-commerce near 6%, behind Trendyol and Hepsiburada. Amazon.com.tr still offers Prime shoppers, fast FBA delivery, and an easy step into Amazon’s international stores. We assess your category before recommending how much budget it deserves.

No. Amazon.com.tr does not support linked-account registration, so Turkey needs its own registration. Expect to provide company and tax details, proof of address, a credit card, and a phone number, and Turkish businesses verify with their vergi levhası. Foreign sellers generally also need a Turkish tax ID, e-invoicing, and a Turkish bank account, which usually means a local entity or representative.

It depends on the product. Amazon Lojistik handles storage, packing, delivery, and returns, and FBA items carry the Prime badge. Bulky, slow-selling, or frequently returned items can be cheaper through Amazon Kolay Gönderi or your own shipping, and stock held longer than 365 days attracts extra fees. We compare the options product by product.

Yes. We help you choose the right marketplace, localize your listings for local buyers, and price products with freight, duties, and Amazon fees included. Amazon SEND now offers a managed route from Turkey to US fulfillment centers, while EU parcels under €150 have carried a €3 per-item duty since July 2026. Customs and tax filings stay with licensed advisers.

Yes. Amazon accepts trademarks registered with TÜRKPATENT, Turkey’s trademark office, provided the mark matches your brand name and appears on your products or packaging. Brand Registry builds on the trademark rather than replacing it, so if you have not registered one yet, start with trademark registration.

It depends on scope and fee model: a flat retainer, a percentage of ad spend, or a hybrid with a performance share. Amazon’s fees and your ad budget are paid on top. We quote after the account audit, once catalog size, ad spend, and the work required are clear.

Turkey-specific proof. Ask for Amazon.com.tr or export results, Turkish listing samples you can read, reports that show margin as well as sales, and contract terms that leave you owning your account and assets. Many results for Amazon agency Turkey, and many top Amazon agency lists, are directories of foreign generalists.
