Best For: Brands entering Amazon.pl from outside Poland, including US, UK and Asian manufacturers who need Polish listings and a clear compliance checklist before launch. Also for EU sellers already on Amazon.de who want to add Amazon.pl properly, Polish brands launching on Amazon for the first time or expanding into Germany and the rest of the EU, and existing sellers whose Amazon.pl sales have stalled. We work as an Amazon agency for brands that own their trademark, and as an Amazon agency for sellers who distribute other brands’ products.

How Our Amazon Agency in Poland Helps You Sell on Amazon.pl

Our Amazon agency in Poland takes your products from catalogue data to live, selling Amazon.pl listings, and then manages them month after month. We write the Polish copy, design the images and A+ Content, run Sponsored Products and Sponsored Brands, plan FBA stock and keep the account healthy. All of it happens inside your own Seller Central account. You deal with one team that answers for Amazon.pl, instead of coordinating a translator, a designer and a PPC freelancer who rarely talk to each other.

The order of the work is where we earn our fee. Before any product goes live, we confirm it has Polish safety information, the manufacturer and EU Responsible Person details GPSR requires, and category approval where needed. We also check with your accountant that VAT and BDO registrations are in place. Then we build the listing around Polish search terms, price it against Amazon’s PLN fee table, and switch on ads last. Done in that order, a launch does not end with a suppressed listing or refused inventory in week two.

What you get is a store that sells in Poland on Polish terms and a clear view of what each order earns after fees. For a brand from outside Poland, that means a clean entry into a Polish-language store that has run since 2 March 2021 and shares one European Seller Central account with Amazon.de. For a Polish brand, it means a base for expanding into Germany, France, Italy, Spain, and the Netherlands.

Why Most Amazon.pl Launches Stall

Amazon.pl rarely fails because the market is too small. It fails because the launch skipped steps that only matter in Poland. Allegro is the platform most Poles think of first (86% named it unprompted in Gemius’s 2025 e-commerce study), so an Amazon.pl listing has less room for weak copy or slow delivery than it would on Amazon.de. An Amazon marketplace agency that knows Amazon.de well can still miss these problems, because they are local.

Here is where Amazon.pl launches usually go wrong:

Machine-translated listings

Polish shoppers search with Polish product terms, grammar and units. A title translated from German misses those terms and reads like an import, which hurts ranking and conversion at the same time.

Safety information only in English or German

Poland’s consumer authority, UOKiK, expects safety warnings for products offered on the Polish market to be in Polish, and that includes online offers.

Missing GPSR details

Since 13 December 2024, the EU General Product Safety Regulation requires online listings to show manufacturer details and, for manufacturers outside the EU, an EU Responsible Person. Amazon removes offers that lack them.

No BDO registration

Packaged products, electronics and batteries placed on the Polish market can trigger extended producer responsibility through Poland’s BDO register. Amazon told sellers it would deactivate non-compliant battery offers in Poland from 18 August 2025.

Stock in Poland without Polish VAT

Storing inventory in a Polish fulfilment centre, through Pan-European FBA or otherwise, creates a Polish VAT obligation. Sellers based outside the EU usually need a fiscal representative as well.

Cross-border offers competing with local Prime

An offer shipped from Germany through the European Fulfilment Network arrives later than a competitor stored in Poland. Polish shoppers rely heavily on parcel lockers and fast delivery, and they compare.

PPC judged on ACoS alone

ACoS ignores referral fees, FBA fees and the 1.5% fuel and logistics surcharge Amazon added to FBA fees from 17 April 2026. A campaign can look efficient and still lose money on every unit.

Discounts that break the 30-day rule

Polish law requires a price reduction to show the lowest price from the previous 30 days. Coupons and deals set up without price history are an easy UOKiK risk.

Brand Registry left until later

Without it there is no A+ Content, no Brand Store, no Sponsored Brands and no proper tools against hijackers. It needs a pending or registered trademark, and filing takes time.

No channel plan

Amazon.pl works best alongside Allegro, or as the gateway to Amazon’s other EU stores. Treated as a standalone bet, most catalogues stay small.

Most of these show up in the first audit, and most of them cost nothing to fix before launch. After launch, the same problems turn into suppressed listings, refused inventory or a tax bill. A typical Amazon seller agency fixes them one at a time as Amazon flags them. We check for them first.

How We Prepare an Account for Amazon.pl: The Three-Layer Readiness Check

We do not switch on ads for an Amazon.pl account until it passes three layers of checks. Each layer catches a different kind of problem, and a gap in one usually shows up as a loss in the next.

Layer 1: Listing and Compliance Readiness

Polish titles, bullets, descriptions and backend search terms written for how Poles actually search. Polish safety text on the listing and on the packaging. Manufacturer and EU Responsible Person details filled in for GPSR. Category approval confirmed for restricted categories, and EPR registration numbers in place where they apply. A product that is not ready at this layer does not get ad budget.

Layer 2: Account Economics in PLN

The full fee stack in złoty. That means the PLN 165.91 monthly Professional plan, the referral fee for your category (most fall between 8% and 15%), FBA fees with the 1.5% surcharge, storage that costs more from October to December, and long-term storage fees after 241 days. Then landed cost, 23% VAT and ad spend. The output is contribution margin per unit, which tells us how much we can afford to spend to sell one.

Layer 3: Growth and EU Reach

Sponsored Products first, then Sponsored Brands and a Brand Store once Brand Registry is live. This is also where we settle fulfilment: FBA in Poland, Pan-European FBA, Easy Ship or self-fulfilled. For Polish brands, it is where we plan the move into Germany and the other large EU stores.

Most agencies start at Layer 3 because ads produce fast, visible numbers. On Amazon.pl that order backfires. Ads pointed at a listing that fails Layer 1 buy clicks on a page Amazon may suppress the following week.

What You Get

A launch and growth plan for Amazon.pl, built from your audit, your catalogue and your margins in złoty.

Every engagement includes:

  • Amazon.pl readiness audit: Listings, fees, compliance gaps, Account Health and existing ads reviewed before any change, using the same process as our seller account audit.
  • Polish listing build: Polish copy, backend search terms, images and A+ Content prepared for Polish shoppers.
  • Advertising management: Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands and Sponsored Display managed against contribution margin.
  • Brand and account protection: Brand Registry support, hijacker monitoring, suppressed listing fixes and Account Health checks.
  • Monthly performance report: Sales, ACoS, TACoS, contribution margin in PLN, stock cover and Account Health in one report.

We review strategy with you every quarter. Amazon changed its Polish fees three times between December 2025 and April 2026, so a plan set once a year falls behind quickly.

What We Manage: A Full-Service Amazon Agency for Amazon.pl

Desverto works as a full-service Amazon agency for sellers and brands on Amazon.pl. We do the work inside your Seller Central account, and you approve the strategy before anything changes. Every engagement starts with an audit of listings, fees, compliance gaps and advertising. When you shortlist an Amazon agency, Poland should show up in the audit itself. Ask whether it covers Polish listings, PLN fees and Polish compliance, because that answer tells you more than any case study.

Polish Listing Content and Creative

Polish keyword research, Polish titles, bullets, descriptions and backend search terms, plus listing images, A+ Content and Brand Store pages adapted for Polish shoppers. Image text, size callouts and safety icons are localised rather than left in English. Where packaging needs Polish safety information, our packaging design team lays it out with the required elements in place.

Advertising Management

Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands and Sponsored Display on Amazon.pl, structured around branded, non-branded and competitor targeting. Budgets follow contribution margin and stock cover, with ACoS as a secondary check.

Account, Brand and Fulfilment Management

Account Health monitoring, fixes for suppressed and stranded listings, customer messages, FBA shipment plans and replenishment. On the brand side, trademark registration at EUIPO, Brand Registry enrollment and monitoring for hijackers. VAT, fiscal representation and BDO registration stay with your accountant or a specialist provider. We tell you exactly what each product needs, confirm the numbers are in place before launch, and coordinate with your advisers.

A worked example. Take a kitchen product priced at PLN 89 on Amazon.pl. After 23% VAT, PLN 72.36 is left. The 10% kitchen referral fee is charged on the full price, so that is PLN 8.90. Assume an FBA fee of PLN 14 (PLN 14.21 with the surcharge) and a landed cost of PLN 25. At a 15% TACoS, ads cost PLN 13.35 per unit and the product earns about PLN 10.90 per sale. Put the same product live with a machine-translated listing that converts worse, let TACoS drift to 25%, and ads now cost PLN 22.25 per unit. Profit falls to roughly PLN 2. The ACoS report would not show you that. The margin line does. (The FBA fee and landed cost here are assumptions for illustration. Check Amazon’s current rate card for your product size.)

On Pricing: What an Amazon Agency in Poland Should Charge

Before the agency fee, know what Amazon charges. According to Amazon’s Polish fee page, the Professional plan is PLN 165.91 a month excluding VAT, most referral fees run from 8% to 15%, and FBA fees carry the 1.5% surcharge. New Professional sellers currently get six months without subscription or referral fees, and Amazon advertises more than PLN 200,000 in New Seller Incentives for sellers who follow its New Seller Guide. A good Amazon services provider in Poland should walk you through these numbers before quoting its own.

Agency pricing usually follows one of three models. A flat monthly retainer. A percentage of ad spend, which rises every time the ad budget rises, whether that spend is profitable or not. Or a hybrid, with a lower base fee plus a performance element tied to growth above an agreed baseline. A Poland launch often adds a one-off setup fee for listing localisation and creative.

We scope pricing after the audit. It depends on the number of ASINs, whether creative needs building from scratch, your ad budget, and whether you are launching or already selling. You will know which model fits your account and why before you sign anything. A top Amazon agency should be able to explain its own fee as clearly as Amazon explains its fees.

Where Amazon.pl Is Going in 2026 and 2027

The rules around selling into Poland are moving quickly. Since 1 July 2026 the EU has dropped the EUR 150 customs-duty exemption and applies a temporary EUR 3 duty per item on qualifying low-value imports. Amazon now requires a Netherlands offer for new Pan-European FBA products. From 1 January 2027, the EU’s VAT in the Digital Age package starts changing how marketplace VAT works. Most of the paperwork this creates lands on the seller.

Amazon is investing at the same time. In March 2026 it announced more than EUR 5 billion of further investment in Poland for 2026 to 2028, on top of the fulfilment network it already runs here. More capacity means faster delivery, and it also means more sellers competing in the same categories. Brands that build clean Polish listings and a working Brand Store now will be harder to displace when that competition arrives. Brands that arrive later will pay more per click to catch up.

Frequently Asked Questions

It runs your Amazon.pl account: Polish listings, creative, advertising, fulfilment planning and Account Health. A good one also checks Poland-specific requirements before launch, such as Polish safety information, GPSR details and whether VAT and BDO registrations are in place, and works with your tax and compliance advisers on the parts they own.

Often, yes, but rarely on its own. Allegro is still the largest marketplace in Poland, and Amazon.pl is growing from a smaller base. For most brands, Amazon.pl works best alongside Allegro or as the entry point to Amazon’s other EU stores. If your category is better served elsewhere first, we will tell you during the audit.

We scope pricing after the audit. It depends on the number of ASINs, whether creative needs building from scratch, your ad budget, and whether you are launching or already selling. You will know which model fits your account and why before you sign anything.

Yes, for conversion and for compliance. Amazon.pl is a Polish-language store, Polish shoppers search in Polish, and UOKiK expects product safety information on the Polish market to be in Polish. A machine-translated listing usually fails on search terms before it fails on anything else.

It depends on where your stock is stored and where your business is established. If inventory sits in a Polish fulfilment centre, including through Pan-European FBA, you generally need Polish VAT, and sellers based outside the EU usually need a fiscal representative too. Confirm the details with a tax adviser.

Packaged products, electronics and batteries placed on the Polish market can trigger extended producer responsibility through Poland’s BDO register. Amazon told sellers it would deactivate non-compliant battery offers in Poland from 18 August 2025.

Yes. You own the Seller Central account, the advertising account and every asset we create, including Polish copy, images and A+ Content. We work inside your account through user permissions, so you can remove our access at any time.

Ask three questions. Can they show Polish listings their own team wrote? Can they explain the Amazon.pl fee stack and what GPSR, BDO and VAT mean for your products? And do they report contribution margin alongside ACoS? An agency that answers all three clearly is worth a call.
